San Antonio Zoo Presents: Kids Wild Night Out!
Get ready for a WILD night*! While parents enjoy a well-deserved date night, ages 3-12yrs will discover fun new ways to appreciate wildlife during the Kids Wild Night Out series. Hosted by trained educators, each unique program includes pizza, snack, zoo tours, animal meet & greets, engaging activities, and more!

Monster Mash
Drop-off: 4:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
Pick-up: 7:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

It’s a zoo-night smash! There’s no better way to get ready for Halloween than decorating a take-home candy bag, meeting animals and Trick-or-Treating at the zoo! Costumes are encouraged, but not required(family friendly, non-scary, no weapons, no full masks, please). Snack and pizza dinner included.

Black Friday Brunch
Drop-off: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Pick-up: 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Black Friday is for shopping and it’s not any different at the zoo! Design custom wrapping paper, make a unique card and find or create the perfect holiday gift to bring home for a loved one. Of course, there will also be plenty of time for meeting animal ambassadors and exploring the zoo, as well as a morning snack and a late brunch.

Kids Wild Night Out Guidelines & Important Information
- Advance registration required.
- Ages 3-12yrs; All children must be able to use the restroom without assistance.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate friend requests; older children will be placed in groups with younger children.
- *Times, costs and itinerary vary between programs.
- All children should bring a reusable water bottle, labeled with their name.
- The Pass the Popcorn, Please themes include a full length feature in a climate controlled space, in addition to all the fun of exploring the zoo and meeting animals.
- Some program experiences may include flashing and/or bright lights and loud and/or sudden noises.
- Rain or shine; please choose clothing suitable for outdoor exploration.
- Late Pick-up Fee: $12/child.
- Refunds are available with a minimum of ten days’ notice, minus a $5 processing fee.
- Prorated sessions are not available.
- San Antonio Zoo reserves the right to cancel or modify the experience due to inclement weather, animal health, and/or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule for a future date.
