No Card? No Problem!
We understand that not everyone may have a cashless payment option. That’s why we’re introducing cash-to-card kiosks throughout the zoo. These kiosks are conveniently located at Guest Services, Valerie Guenther’s Mariposa Market, Jambo Market, and Beastro Restaurant. These kiosks allow you to easily convert cash into a prepaid Mastercard at no additional charge. You can use the card throughout the zoo or anywhere Mastercard is accepted!

The prepaid card can be used throughout the zoo or anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Yes, it’s completely free to load cash onto a prepaid Mastercard and to use it for purchases. However, if the card goes unused for 92 consecutive days, a $3.95 monthly fee will be applied by the card issuer.
You can load up to $500 onto one Mastercard prepaid debit card at a time. There is no minimum amount required to issue a card.
No, the prepaid cards are not reloadable. If you need more funds, you can simply load additional cash onto a new card at any kiosk free of charge.
No problem! You can load more cash onto a new prepaid debit card and combine the balances of multiple cards for your purchase.
You can check your card balance in three ways:
- Visit a Cash-to-Card kiosk during your visit.
- Go online at www.rcbalance.com.
- Call the toll-free number on the back of your card (1-866-345-2315).
If the kiosk does not issue a card, it should provide a receipt confirming the error. Please bring the receipt to Guest Services for assistance. If no receipt is provided, our team will work with the card issuer to resolve the issue and ensure the correct funds are loaded onto a new card.
No, the kiosks do not require any personal information to load cash onto a prepaid Mastercard debit card.
Yes! Your prepaid Mastercard can be used anywhere in the U.S. where Mastercard is accepted.
