Get Started With ZooBand
STEP 1: Process Your Membership
You must fully process your Membership and obtain your Membership Number before you create a ZooBand account.
STEP 2: Obtain Your ZooBand at San Antonio Zoo
Pick up your free ZooBand at Guest Services just inside the Zoo entrance or at Hippo Viewing inside the zoo on any day beginning December 20, 2025.
STEP 3: Open ZooBand Account Access
STEP 4: Create Your ZooBand Account
Complete registration with your email, password, and personal details. You will need to enter your Member Number to complete your ZooBand account setup. Bookmark or favorite this page for future access to your ZooBand account.
STEP 5: Confirm Your Email & Log In
Verify your email using the code sent to your inbox, then sign in.
STEP 6: Your ZooBand Links Automatically
No additional steps are needed. Once you are signed in, your ZooBand is connected to your account.
STEP 7: Add A Payment Method (optional)
Add a payment method to make purchases in your ZooBand account or to use your ZooBand to pay at any register inside the Zoo.

All San Antonio Zoo Members are invited to participate for free.
ZooBands are FREE for Members. If you need a new one (for example, if it’s lost, damaged, or worn out), the replacement cost is $10 per band.
ZooBands are available for pick up at San Antonio Zoo on any day beginning Saturday, December 20, 2025.

Don’t worry! Your ZooBand is PIN-protected, so your payment and contact information are safe. If you lose your band and need a replacement, the replacement cost is $10.

Your Membership ID is the Membership Number provided to you after you fully process your Membership.

You will need your email, a password, your personal details, and your Membership Number.
After you create your account, you will confirm your email using the verification code sent to your inbox, then sign in.
Double check your spam or junk folder, then try again. If it still does not arrive, confirm you entered the correct email address during registration, and try signing in again to trigger a new code.
Adding a payment method is optional, but it is recommended if you want to use ZooBand for purchases in your account or at any register inside the park.
