Arrive at Carousel Ticket Booth 15 minutes prior to your experience to check-in.
There is a max capacity for this experience for families/groups of eight (8). Spots fill up fast, so book now.

Behind-The-Scenes Interaction Guidelinesadd
- One tour every Monday at 10:30 a.m.
- 8 guests maximum per tour
- The tour will last approximately 30 minutes
- $39.99 per person
- Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a paid adult. Children under 3 are free but still need a reservation made for capacity limits.
- There will be physical interaction with the tortoises, but no feeding.
- Please meet at the Carousel Ticket Booth 15 minutes before your reservation.
- Reservations are non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule your tour for another day.
- Closed toe shoes are required for safety purposes.
- Admission to San Antonio Zoo is separate and required for entry.
