Unauthorized use or duplication of any San Antonio Zoo tickets, including Print@Home tickets, is strictly
prohibited and will result in revocation without refund, as well as ejection from the zoo premises. A
ticket is a revocable license, and San Antonio Zoo reserves the right to retract any ticket without a
refund of the purchase price. Any violation of zoo rules will result in expulsion from the premises.
Disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, including wearing clothing with offensive or
inappropriate words, phrases, or graphics, is prohibited.
Only tickets purchased directly from San Antonio Zoo or offices authorized by San Antonio Zoo to sell or
distribute tickets will be honored. Tickets are not valid if reproduced in any manner. The resale of tickets
is strictly prohibited.
Please note that certain attractions or experiences within the zoo may be closed to the public due to
maintenance or other circumstances, and admission to certain shows, attractions, or special events may
require an additional charge or pre-sold admission. By attending, you grant San Antonio Zoo the right to
film, video, or photograph you on zoo property for any purpose without payment or consideration.
San Antonio Zoo assumes no responsibility for accidents or loss to any person in connection with the
condition or use of the zoo, its attractions, or the entrance into or departure from the zoo.
Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Your ticket purchase confirms that all ticket sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges. You
also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree to assume the inherent risks associated with visiting San Antonio Zoo,
including the use of all rides, attractions, and facilities. You agree to read and obey all safety signage,
instructions, and rules. These risks may include, but are not limited to, bodily injury, harm, or death that
may arise from or be attributable to the use of or participation in any attraction.
Additional risks of attending large outdoor venues like the zoo include injuries from exposure to weather
conditions such as rain, cold, excessive heat, or other environmental factors, as well as injuries or
illnesses resulting from personal negligence or the negligence of others, including but not limited to
running, jumping, engaging in altercations with other patrons, or otherwise behaving recklessly while on
zoo premises.
You are responsible for knowing your own health and physical condition, as well as the health and
physical condition of any minors under your care or supervision. If you or any minors under your care or
supervision choose to participate in or use any zoo attraction, you do so at your own risk.
San Antonio Zoo assumes no responsibility for accidents or losses to any person in connection with the
condition or use of the zoo, its rides, attractions, facilities, or the entrance into or departure from the
zoo. By attending, you irrevocably release San Antonio Zoo, its Board of Directors, affiliates, employees,
agents, and representatives from all losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, demands, or causes of
action, whether known or unknown, arising out of your visit to and use of the zoo.
