$100 – Adult Tickets
Includes admission to the event, seated dinner and entertainment. All chaperones must be 18 years of age or older.
$75 – Kid Tickets
Includes admission to the event, seated dinner, entertainment and party favor bag. Must attend with a chaperone and must be 17 years of age or younger.
$1,000 – Table
Includes admission for up to 10 people to the event, with your name on the table, seated dinner and party favor bag. Must attend with a chaperone and must be 17 years of age or younger.
$2,500 – Table
Includes admission for up to 10 people to the event, your name on the table, seated dinner, party favor bag and private giraffe feeding for 8 people. Must attend with a chaperone and must be 17 years of age or younger.
$5,000 – Table
Includes admission for up to 10 people to the event, your name on the table, seated dinner with premium location near the dance floor, party favor bag and private giraffe feeding for 8 people and a behind the scenes hippo tour for 4 people. Must attend with a chaperone and must be 17 years of age or younger.
Event Sponsorship Levels
As a sponsor of Kids Zoo Ball 2019, your business will enjoy the attention of over 300 guests who will attend this 2nd annual event with prominent opportunities to brand your support. Each event sponsor is exclusive and will be featured at the appropriate level in our event sponsorship recognition, including programs, on-site signage, as well as on San Antonio Zoo website with more than 4 million viewers a year and our e-newsletter that reaches an audience of over 35,000.
All benefits offered can be declined to receive full tax credit.
$10,000 – Title Sponsor
Your company will enjoy a table for 10 and unlimited visits to the “Time-Out Tent” for up to 6 adults, the opportunity to announce the “King and Queen of the Jungle” for the 2nd annual Kids Zoo Ball 2019. A behind-the-scenes tour for up to 20 guests; 14 tickets each to 2019 Zoo Boo! & Zoo Lights. Company or foundation logo prominently displayed on and within the “Time-Out Tent”, in the program, invitation, and on the Kids Zoo Ball website.
$7,500 – Time-Out Tent Sponsor
Your company will enjoy a table for 10, and branded signage on and within the “Time-Out Tent” and will have the opportunity to brand the cups that will be used within the “Time-Out Tent” for adult beverages. Unlimited visits to the “Time-Out Tent” for 4 adults. 10 tickets each to 2019 Zoo Boo! & Zoo Lights. Company or Foundation will be displayed in the program, on the invitation, and Kids Zoo Ball website.
$5,000 – Entertainment Sponsor
Your company will enjoy a table of 10 and have the option to wrap the stage with your logo and present all elements of the evening’s entertainment. 5 tickets each to 2019 Zoo Boo! & Zoo Lights. Company will be displayed in the program and on the invitation.
$5,000 – Valet Sponsor
Your company will be given a table of 10 and the opportunity to place 4 vehicles inside the zoo during the event, at a mutually agreed upon location, and a representative on-site to greet guests. Valet staff can also wear your logo’d shirts during the event, and place branded items inside each car that uses valet service. 5 tickets each to 2019 Zoo Boo! & Zoo Lights. 5 complimentary drink tickets for the “Time-Out Tent”. Company will be displayed in the program, on the Kids Zoo Ball website, and on the invitation.
$500 – Community Sponsor
Your company will have the option to place items in the party favor bags that guests will receive at the end of the evening. Company name will be listed in the program, on the invitation, and on Kids Zoo Ball website.
