San Antonio Zoo Opens New Entrances, Goes Digital
San Antonio Zoo has gone digital with its admission ticketing! Starting this week, lines to purchase tickets at San Antonio Zoo are a thing of the past. The zoo is offering discounted tickets exclusively on its website to encourage its guests to go green and enter using their digital tickets on their phones. Self-Serve Kiosks are now in place at the Zoo Parking Garage and Starbucks next to the Train Depot. Discounted offers can be found on the zoo’s website.
Beginning Wednesday, digital ticketing will be used at two newly introduced entry/exit points. One will be located inside Kiddie Park, and one near the Zoo Parking Garage. Guests can utilize either of these locations, depending on where they park, while the zoo constructs its new state-of-the-art entrance. Zoo maps and signage will help guests navigate back to the place they entered via a blue and orange color-coded system when it’s time to head home.
