- Reservations are required.
- San Antonio Zoo admission is required and is not included with your brunch reservation.
- Wild at Heart brunches are at 10:00 a.m., 11:45 a.m., and 1:30 p.m. on February 14, 2021
- This is a 21 and up only event.

- Crispy Pork Belly on Zucchini Ribbons with a Mushroom Marsala Sauce
- Tomato and Peach Salad with a Pomegranate Vinaigrette
- Choice of Entrée:
- Seared Scallops on a bed of Lobster Truffle Risotto with Red Pepper Coulis
- Grilled Wagyu Beef Filets with Smashed Red Potatoes and Ratatouille
- Dessert will be a sharable platter of cannoli’s, chocolate-covered strawberries, and house-made macarons.

- For a VIP table located next to the animal habitat windows, the price is $135 per person and includes complimentary wine service throughout your meal.
- Reservations are required.
- Check-in is from 5:30 – 6:00 p.m. or 7:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the zoo’s front gate.
- The dinner experience starts at 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m.
- This is a 21 and up only event.

- Capacity will be limited to 50% to ensure social distancing.
