DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP DOWNLOADING FAQ
Do I need to have my photograph taken for my membership?
Your security is crucial to us. To better protect your account, we do require your photo or your child’s to associate with the digital membership card. The membership will not present as active until fully set up with a photo. Since the membership is non-transferable, this acts as an extra security measure should to prevent misuse.
How do I add my Membership to my iPhone?
Apple Wallet is not yet available.
How do I add my Membership to my Android phone
Google Wallet is not yet available.
How do I download my digital Membership from the member/guest portal?
To login to the portal from your smartphone you must go to https://sazoo.ticketapp.org/portal/, select “My Account”, and select “locate membership”. Once you have logged in, click on “your name”, then select “profile”. Look for your most current membership and select, “Digital membership”. Select the name(s) you want to.
Why is my name only appearing on the Digital Membership?
Every member in your family will now receive their own Membership barcode and can download their Memberships individually.
I’d prefer not to use this digital Membership, what should I do?
The Digital Annual Membership is an additional option for Members. If you prefer not to have the Digital Annual Membership, we can assist with setting up your membership and attaching it to a physical card. If you have already set it up and generated a barcode, we can no longer attach your Membership to a card.
I don’t have a mobile phone, what can I do?
If you do not have access to a Digital Annual Membership, we can assist with setting up your Membership and attaching it to a physical card. If you have already set it up and generated a barcode, we can no longer attach your Membership to a card.

My family member is on this Membership account also, how can she/he receive the Membership?
