DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP DOWNLOADING FAQ
Do I need to have my photograph taken for my membership?
Your security is crucial to us. To better protect your account, we do require your photo or your child’s to associate with the digital membership card. Since the membership is non-transferable, this acts as an extra security measure should to prevent misuse.
How do I add my Membership to my iPhone?
Access the email titled “Your San Antonio Zoo Digital Membership Card” from your smartphone and click the link labeled “Your new digital membership can be located here”, then select the name(s) you want to download. The pass will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
How do I add my Membership to my Android phone
Android users need to download Wallet Passes from Google Play. After you have the app, access the email titled “Your San Antonio Zoo Digital Membership Card” from your smartphone and click the link labeled “Your new digital membership can be located here”, then select the name(s) you want to download. The Pass will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.
How do I download my digital Membership from the member/guest portal?
To login to the portal from your smartphone you must go to https://sazoo.ticketapp.org/portal/, select “My Account”, and select “locate membership”. Once you have logged in, click on “your name”, then select “profile”. Look for your most current membership and select, “Digital membership”. Select the name(s) you want to. The Pass will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app or Apple Wallet, where it can be accessed at any time.
Why is my name only appearing on the Digital Membership?
The name on the digital membership is the primary on the account. When your digital membership is scanned at Entry Point, everyone who is on the membership will appear. There our team members will check everyone in that’s at the zoo the day of your visit. Starting July 1, 2022 you will be able to see all names listed with the membership in the member portal, and will have access to download all named member’s digital membership.
I’d prefer not to use this digital Membership, what should I do?
Upon arrival to the zoo, stop by a ticket window to receive a temporary daily entry voucher to enter the zoo. Please be prepared to show ID.
I don’t have a mobile phone, what can I do?
No phone, no worries. Please have your ID ready at our entry point gate. Our team will look up your account and check in everyone on the account.
We want to do our best to refrain from having to print out a daily entry voucher.

My family member is on this Membership account also, how can she/he receive the Membership?
Forward over the email you received titled “Your San Antonio Zoo Digital Membership Card”. They must view the email from there smartphone and click the link labeled “Your new digital membership can be located here”, then select the name(s) you want to download.
I downloaded my Membership but I can’t find it.
If you have an iPhone, the Membership will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new Membership (scroll through any Memberships that are already there–it may be hiding!). If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading the Membership.
