How do I add the Annual Pass to my iPhone?
Access the email from your smartphone and click the “Download” button, then click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” The pass will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in Wallet at any time.
How do I add the Annual Pass to my Android phone?
Android users need to download Wallet Passes from Google Play. After you have the app, access the email from your smartphone and click “Download” in the annual email, and the Pass will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.
I’d prefer not to use this digital Annual Pass, what should I do?
Upon arrival to the zoo, stop by a ticket window to receive a temporary annual pass daily entry voucher to enter the zoo. Please be prepared to show ID.
I don’t have a mobile phone, what can I do?
No phone, no worries. Please have your ID ready at our entry point gate. Our team will look up your account and check in everyone on the account. Any request of an additional, lost, stolen, or damaged annual pass card will cost $5.00.
We want to do our best to refrain from having to print out an annual pass card complimentary or not.

My family member is on this annual account also, how can she/he receive the pass?
Navigate to the back of the Pass (click the small “i” on the front) and use the “Share Pass” button to send the Pass to your secondary family member.
I downloaded my pass but I can’t find it.
If you have an iPhone, the Pass will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new Pass (scroll through any Pass that are already there–it may be hiding!). If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading the Pass.
