Its Raining….CANDY! at Dia De Candy Weekend
Don your Halloween costumes one more time and come celebrate Dia De Candy at the San Antonio Zoo this Sunday, November 1, 2015.
Buy one adult admission and get one child, in costume, admission FREE. And, if you purchased Zoo Boo tickets and didn't use them, now is your chance. Use your Zoo Boo tickets on Sunday for regular Zoo admission. Trick-or-treating continues from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and kids can join the costume contest at 4 and 4:45 p.m.
How did this celebration come about?
“We expanded our annual Zoo Boo to 4 days this year, and unfortunately last Saturday, we were rained out,” said Tim Morrow, CEO at the San Antonio Zoo. “The good news is Zoo Boo is happening as planned from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. tonight, but we know there’s still going to be a lot of candy leftover. So we thought, in celebration of Dia De Los Muertos, why not throw a Dia De Candy party and have more fun?”
Click HERE for a printable coupon good for one child’s admission with a paid adult. (To redeem the offer, children must be in costume and the printed coupon must be presented at the gate.)
